Rajeev Subramanian
Rajeev graduated from Georgetown University in 2003. Upon graduation he was recruited by a Fortune 500 company to handle sales and market growth. After 6 years and numerous promotions, Rajeev took the logical next step in his professional career. He quit his job, became a deejay, and became a partner in a company known for throwing parties. After months of convincing his parents he wasn't crazy and convincing his girlfriend not to leave him, Rajeev started his mission to expand the Night Life Agency. Now a fixture in the DC nightlife and event production industry, Rajeev has lead the Night Life Agency to significant market growth over the last few years. Sometimes Rajeev is known to reminisce on his days in the corporate world and say, "I used to work for 'the man' but now I am the man." Then we all laugh at him.
Dustin Huynh
The legend of how Dustin joined the Night Life Agency goes something like this: 5 years ago, NLA co-founder Kunal and Vinoda attended a party at the largest megaclub in DC. As they were walking into the club they saw a line of several hundreds of people waiting to get in. At the front of the line, holding a guestlist as thick as a phonebook, was Dustin. Vinoda and Kunal turned to each other and simultaneously said, "we must get him." The rest is history. Dustin joined NLA by way of pseudo-merger. He was the founder of DC Impulse, a successful promotions company in DC. As NLA was expanding Dustin joined in order to bolster the event promotions arm of the company. DC Impulse continues its dominance in event promotions under the NLA umbrella. If you're ever in a long line at a club and wonder how all of those people got there, look to the front of the line--the guy holding the phonebook is probably Dustin.
Nick Sanchez
If you were to rank groups that know how to party we are pretty sure that fratboys, Mexicans and Persians would all land pretty close to the top 10. So what better fit for an event promotions company than this half-Mexican, half-Persian fratboy. This George Mason University grad joined the Night Life Agency after years of working in clients services for several large companies. He left his job as client services manager for a large telecom company to follow his true passion (and birthright) in the entertainment world. Since that time, Nick has firmly established himself as the public face of the Night Life Agency. As head of client services for NLA he is the guy who makes sure that your corporate event runs smoothly, your VIP table experience is great, and you always have enough $1 bills to make it rain.

Kunal Shah
Kunal's business career started in college handling out party fliers at the University of Maryland. Needless to say, his business portfolio has grown considerably since then. With his passion for nightlife, he organized weekly events that energized the industry and brought national talent to some of the most successful nightclubs in the area. Before his 21st birthday Kunal had produced parties for Kayne West, Jay Sean, and Good Charlotte. In addition to starting the Night Life Agency, he leveraged his relationships and co-founded Blazin Beats Entertainment, a full service artist management company that represented Russell Peters, the world renowned comedian, as well as pop star Jay Sean. A serial entrepreneur Kunal is a co-owner and developer of numerous projects in the nation's capital. His most recent projects include opening Eden Lounge, of the city's premier clubs and Cafe Asia, a full service restaurant located in the golden triangle in DC. When we asked Kunal which of his projects is his favorite he responded, "they are all important to me, I just think I'm lucky to have had so many different business at such a young age." We then submitted his response to http://twitter.com/#!/humblebrag.
Vinoda Basnayake
Vinoda was an honors graduate of Georgetown University. He then attended grad school at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the Wharton School of Business. We know what you're thinking- what a nerd. Despite his nerdy resume, or probably because of it, Vinoda is a lobbyist at DC’s most powerful lobbying shop during the day and one of DC’s nightlife/entertainment pioneers by night. The co-founder/managing partner of NLA and Blazin-Beats Entertainment, the Washington Post dubbed Vinoda, "a powerbroker in concert promotion" for successfully selling out Jay Sean's first US tour in 2005. Considered a tastemaker and powerbroker in the city, he is consistently listed as one the most influential Washingtonians under 40 by Washington Life. Following the success of his two latest ventures, Eden Lounge and Cafe Asia, Vinoda was appointed Commissioner of the DC Small and Local Business Opportunity Commission by DC's Mayor Fenty. Yup, still a nerd.
